This is one of the very collectible Lakeside Classics by The Lakeside Press entitled, “Children of Old Man River -The Life and Times of a Show Boat Trouper” by Billy Bryant, about life on a river show boat during the 19th century.
The book has brown cloth covered boards and is decorated with a gilt R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company – The Lakeside Press stamp on the front cover. The end binding is also gilt stamped with the name of the book, “Children of Old Man River” , the author’s name Bryant, and The Lakeside Press. Page tops are also gilt.
The book is in near mint / fine condition, with all pages clean and intact and it remains in the original plastic wrap as it was first presented at its publication at Christmas 1988. This book is sold AS IS.
