The wonderful decorator mirror is surrounded with light green tin tiles that are architectural salvage from the façade of an old building and repurposed to become the frame for this large mirror. The mirror is new glass and the frame has been professionally built and includes the wire hanger to hang the entire mirror vertically, though you could certainly rearrange it to horizontal, if desired.
It’s got that shabby chic touch – the paint is scraped and worn and there's a touch of rust from years atop an old building. Just right!
********* Due to questions about the exact color of the green, I picked up two paint chips that match and photographed them with the frame. The large, square chip is the most exact match, called "Lush Greenery" DC445 by Dutch Boy, Dimensions. The short, rectangular chip is "Soft Fern" 9C-3 by Pittsburgh Paints. This chip is so nearly the same as the first that I have a hard time discerning the difference, possibly the way light reflects off the chip. Both paints should be available everywhere so you can pick up a chip to check the color for your own decor. **********
