This wonderful piece, I was told, came from Holland. I don’t know if that’s true but I have seen these milk warmers or steamers from France. Regardless, it is a beautiful enamelware or graniteware server.
The base is a bright red and has a small gold decal band around the center. The inner surface is white enamel. The lid is also white and has a small handle to remove it from the pot.
Measures 6 ¼” high and the base is about 5 ¾” in diameter.
In excellent condition. No rust and very few worn spots in the enamel. Gold decal has very minimal loss. Bright, clean, and slightly shiny.
